Health and Wellness Educators (HAWES) want to educate you, the student, on how to improve your personal health. Physical exercise! Walking for 30 minutes three times a week will also improve your health significantly. Eat healthy. Fried foods, soft drinks, processed meat and sweets should all be avoided.
